Simple Exercises to Improve Neck Flexibility

From bending down looking at our smartphones to sleeping on unsupportive pillows, everyday activities can result in neck pain and even tightness in the shoulders. In addition to chiropractic adjustments, simple neck flexibility exercises can help to improve range of motion and overall comfort.

In his recent YouTube video, Dr. Martin demonstrates several exercises that can help you enjoy improved function in your neck. These can be performed anywhere, sitting or standing, and take very little time.

Dr. Martin demonstrates the Forward Bend, Neck Rotation, Sideways Bend and Upper Shoulder exercises. Each one is done for 5-second holds in each position with 10 repetitions each. For best results, perform them once per day.
